We’re all about athletic performance. Choosing the right size for your performance wear is critical to get optimum compression and fully engage our patented O+A Neuromuscular Performance System (NPS) to ensure you can smash your next run or dominate your workout as soon as your new kit arrives.

How should Reflex garments feel?
Our products are high-end, engineered performance wear. They are more than a skin covering, our products have depth and meaning.
We understand human anatomy and how the body works before, during and after physical exertion.
We pair kinesiology insight and innovative technology to engineer apparel that serves as a support system for conscious athletic performance.
Reflex garments are designed to fit tight to the body, providing performance-level compression and keeping you locked in ready to perform.
Whether you’re new to compression apparel or not, Reflex garments might feel a little different when you first put them on.
Our unique combination of performance compression and the O+A NPS works immediately to enhance awareness of your own body, positioning, and posture, connecting you with every movement. Sensory nodes sit against your skin to engage our targeted skeleton support, giving you a feeling of stability even when simply trying on. This can take some time to get used to, but after around 15 minutes should feel very natural.
Even though they’re tight, O+A Reflex garments shouldn’t feel uncomfortable, or dig in and restrict movement. If you're finding things a little too snug, you probably need a bigger size. If you can easily pinch the fabric and pull it away from your skin, the garment is likely too big, and you should consider a smaller size.
What if I'm Between sizes?
If you’re between sizes on the size guide, we generally recommend choosing the smaller option. This ensures sufficient compression to fully engage all the advantages of NPS, so you feel the full benefits of wearing O+A Reflex apparel.
If you have a particularly muscular body type, or prefer a more relaxed fit, you may wish to try a larger size.
What if I order the wrong size?
We understand that one size doesn’t fit all, and people have different preferences around sizing of sports clothing, especially performance compression wear. If you order the wrong size, simply use our free returns portal to exchange for the garment you need.
